Job Summary:

Mandate Catering Services is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join their team.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for organising and running marketing campaigns across various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content, including text posts, videos, and images, for use on social media.
• Promote products, services, and content in line with the organisation’s brand and social media strategy.
• Schedule social media posts.
• Interact with customers and respond to inquiries.
• Develop new social media strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with colleagues from various marketing departments to ensure consistent branding.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in Social Media and Marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully maintaining social media sites.
• Experience in medical social media and marketing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
